You will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code for the showtime purchased. Bring a printed or electronic copy of this order confirmation with the QR code to the theater to be scanned for entry.
STREAMING TICKETS
SINGLE STREAMING TICKET — $11 ($9 for members)
Valid for admission for one person to unlock one virtual screening. When logged into your account, click on “My Tickets” to view the screenings purchased. You will also receive an email confirmation and reminder with a “Watch” button to access the screening purchased.

THEATRE AND STREAMING PASSES
PASS PACKAGES
PICK 5 PASS — $70 ($60 members) Valid for admission for one person to 5 regular screenings. Not good for special admission programs.
PICK 10 PASS — $130 ($110 members) Valid for admission for one person to 10 regular screenings. Not good for special admission programs.
FULL IN-PERSON FESTIVAL PASS — $150 ($130 members) Valid for one entry to any regular screenings and to screening-only portions of the opening night program.
FULL IN-PERSON FESTIVAL + PARTY PASS — $185 ($165 members) Valid for one entry to any regular screenings. Good for admission to the screening and party portion of the opening night program.
FULL STREAMING PASS — $80 ($70 for members) Valid for one viewing of all the films that are streaming online; subject to some restrictions.
HYBRID PASS — $200 ($180 members) Valid for one entry to any regular in-person screenings and to screening-only portions of the opening night program + one viewing of all the films that are streaming online; subject to some restrictions. Virtual pass will be available for use once films become available to stream online on 9/27 through 10/6.
HYBRID PASS + PARTY PASS — $235 ($215 members) Valid for one entry to any regular in-person screenings and to screening and reception portion of the opening night program + one viewing of all the films that are streaming online; subject to some restrictions. Virtual pass will be available for use once films become available to stream online on 9/27 through 10/6.

PLEASE NOTE: This virtual pass will be available for use once films become available to stream online on 9/27 through 10/6. This virtual pass will enable one viewing of all the films that are streaming online; subject to some restrictions. Some films are subject to geo-blocking that may make them inaccessible for viewing in your area. Check the film or program page for details on geo-blocking before purchasing a pass. Also, some films have a limited number of views and may sell out. Viewing a particular film is not guaranteed in the event of a sell-out. Note that not all films in the festival line-up are available for online viewing; some films are available in-person only. Check the virtual catalog to see the list of films streaming.

ticket & pass policies
In-theater screening tickets may be purchased online in advance with a credit card up until 30 minutes prior to the film’s showtime or until sold out. Even when tickets sell out online, there may be tickets available at the theater box office on the day of the show. Contact us at (773) 293-1447 Ext 1002 to check on the availability of day-of tickets.
In-theater screening tickets may be purchased on the day of the show (with cash or credit card) at the theater box office where the film is playing. The theater box office opens 30 minutes prior to the first showtime of that day.
Pass holders may reserve tickets for all in person screenings in advance via the Eventive platform.
It is advisable for ticket and pass holders to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to an in-person screening to secure their seat. Reeling reserves the right to sell any unoccupied seats 10 minutes before the show in the event of a sell-out. (See our Rush Policy below.)
Virtual screening tickets and passes are subject to the geo-blocking restrictions and viewing capacity limitations for each film or program. Check the film or program page for details on geo-blocking before purchasing.
rush policy (in-theater only)
Even if you have a ticket, you must be in the theater 15 minutes before the film’s published start time as we reserve the right to sell any unoccupied seats 10 minutes before the show in the event of a sell-out.
Rush tickets for sold-out shows will be offered approximately 5 to 10 minutes prior to the screening. The number of tickets available is dependent on the number of unoccupied seats.
Refund Policy
Online ticket or pass orders cannot be changed after the order is placed. No refunds or exchanges can be made on tickets or passes once they are purchased. Reeling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets. All programs and scheduled guests are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a program is canceled, screening vouchers will be issued to ticket holders at the theater.
Group discounts
