Note: You will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code for the showtime purchased. Bring a printed or electronic copy of this order confirmation with the QR code to the theater to be scanned for entry. Ticketing fees for online purchases will be added to your order.

PASS PACKAGES

REEL PASS (5 FILMS) — $65 ($55 members) Valid for admission for one person to 5 regular screenings. Not good for special admission programs. 

REELLY? PASS (10 FILMS) — $125 ($110 members) Valid for admission for one person to 10 regular screenings. Not good for special admission programs. 

ARE YOU FOR REAL?! PASS (FULL FESTIVAL) — $150 ($130 members) Valid for one entry to any regular screenings and to screening-only portions of the opening night program.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets to all regular screenings may be reserved in advance with a pass via the Eventive platform. You will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code for the pass purchased. When logged into your account, click on “My Tickets” to view the screenings purchased. Ticketing fees for online purchases will be added to your order.

 

ticket & pass policies

  • In-theater screening tickets may be purchased online in advance with a credit card up until 30 minutes prior to the film’s showtime or until sold out. Even when tickets sell out online, there may be tickets available at the theater box office on the day of the show. Contact us at (773) 293-1447 Ext 1002 to check on the availability of day-of tickets.

  • In-theater screening tickets may be purchased on the day of the show (with cash or credit card) at the theater box office where the film is playing. The theater box office opens 30 minutes prior to the first showtime of that day.

  • Pass holders may reserve tickets for all in person screenings in advance via the Eventive platform.

  • It is advisable for ticket and pass holders to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to an in-person screening to secure their seat. Reeling reserves the right to sell any unoccupied seats 10 minutes before the show in the event of a sell-out. (See our Rush Policy below.)

  • Even if you have a ticket, you must be in the theater 15 minutes before the film’s published start time as we reserve the right to sell any unoccupied seats 10 minutes before the show in the event of a sell-out.

  • Rush tickets for sold-out shows will be offered approximately 5 to 10 minutes prior to the screening. The number of tickets available is dependent on the number of unoccupied seats.


Refund Policy

Online ticket or pass orders cannot be changed after the order is placed. No refunds or exchanges can be made on tickets or passes once they are purchased. Reeling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets. All programs and scheduled guests are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a program is canceled, screening vouchers will be issued to ticket holders at the theater.


Group discounts
